The Manager, Finance - Reporting & Analysis is responsible for the calculation, analysis, and internal reporting of Prudential Retirement's client based business results. The position will be based in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Primary Responsibilities: Support all facets of the End-to-end Monthly Reporting and Analysis process including: Account Value and Net Flow reporting and analysis Financial Reporting Database Close Cycle Oversight of Department Controls and Documentation Controllers Monthly Variance Analysis Quarterly Book of Business Synopsis of Trends and Drivers Revenue calculations at the client and fund levels. Providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to staff Partner with colleagues across finance and accounting to ensure all internal calculations reflect current pricing structures, allocation algorithms, and volume levels. Lead Department Enhancements and Initiatives Conduct Strategic Projects as needed.
